Read the text and answer questions 1 and 2.
The ethnie people in Bangladesh hold a very important place in the culture of the country.The majority of these people live in the chottogram hill tracts. The others live in the regions of Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Sylhet.They live in forest areas, in the hills and in rural areas. They do jhum cultivation. For this work they elear a pice of land in the forest prepare it and now need it. They are mostly farmer. By religion they are Hindus, Christians or Buddhists. They speak their mother tongues. Some of them are the Chakmas, the marmas, the tipperas and the moorange, who live in the hill tracts. The Santals live in Rajshai. The khaias and the monipuries live in sylhet and the Hajangs and the Garos in Mymensigh. Most of these ethrie people living in Bangladesh have some common characterislies.They have their own litestyles. They build their houses on bamboo or woodenplatforms called ‘machang’. Rice is their staple food. They eat vegetables, maize and fish, poultry and meat. Their kitchen utemils are bamboo, wooden and carthen pots whcih they make themselves men wear lungis and women wear thamis or for angs and angis. Women weave their own cltohes. Hunting and fishing are their pastimes. They our fond of songs, music, dances, theatre and fairs. Traditional musical instruments such as bugles are are made for popular sport for them.

The padma Bridge is a multipurpose bridge in Bangladesh. It is being bult across the Padma River. This bridge is now under construction. It will conneet louhajong. Mushigani to shariatpur and madaripur. It will connect 21 southern districts with the capital. Padma Bridge the most expensive project in the history of Bangladesh. There will be highway on the supper level and a rail way line on a lower level. It has 150m span. Its length is 6150m and width is 18.10m. The project has taken 1062 heetares of land. The total cost of the bridge will be TK.92 billion. This total cost has been funded by the government of Bangladesh alone. China Major Bridge Engineering Company ltd boding the overall constucation works. THis mega project will be completed by the end of 2019. The Bridge will contribute a lot to the economic development of Bangladesh. It will merease the GDP by as much as 1.2 percent.
